A Gourmand dinner
Dikļi Palace Hotel Chef Valters Zirdziņš offers you the chance to enjoy a Gourmand dinner at the Dikļi Palace Hotel. It is a wonderful occasion with the enjoyment of sampling exquisite meals and drinks in the ornate halls of the Dikļi Palace Hotel in the glow of a blazing log fire. During the course of the evening, you will have the opportunity to learn more about various delicacies, drinks and nuances of taste. The tone of the evening will be perfectly matched by tranquil salon music.

Wine evenings
Legend has it that the erstwhile owner of the Estate, Baron von Wolf was very well-educated and a connoisseur of the wines of many nations. Today, Dikļi Palace Hotel offers you the chance to sample Baron von Wolf’s favourite varieties of wines and to listen to interesting stories about the making of these wines. The evening will be accompanied by snacks and salon music chosen especially to complement the wine.
